Where can I ship to?

Cone Instruments gladly accepts orders from all around the globe, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

What shipment methods are available?

We offer shipping options through common international shippers, such as: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and through Freight Forwarders. We can also ship freight collect with your preferred carrier and your account number.

Do you handle export documentation?

Different countries have different requirements. Our international sales team can provide you with various documents, including:

  • Original Invoices
  • Proforma Invoices
  • Certificate of Origins
  • Shippers Export Documents
  • EIS Forms
  • Packing Slips
  • Courier Documents

Can Cone Instruments facilitate the legalization of export documents?

Cone Instruments can legalize export documentation (additional fees apply).

What types of payments do you accept?

We can accept payments via wire transfers, letters of credit, credit cards or bank draft/checks.

Can your products meet my country’s electrical requirements?

Many of our products are available in different voltages to meet your country’s electrical standards. Please contact our international sales team for more information.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange any item that you have not used within 14 days of the product order date with prior approval. A return authorization (“RA”) number must be obtained from our customer service team and must accompany any return to allow our customer service team to validate the refund/exchange process. To receive a RA number, please contact our customer service team.

Once your return is inspected and processed, typically within 5 days of receipt, we will issue the appropriate refund or credit either to your Cone Instruments account or to your credit card. All refunds will be issued in U.S. currency.
