Delivery
Most consumable items are shipped from our warehouse the same day or one day following the receipt of an order.

Inside Delivery
Please check size and weight of all items. Smaller items and most orders are shipped UPS and delivered to final destination. However, large and heavy items may be shipped freight and are delivered to loading docks. Institutions without loading docks, often imaging centers or private offices, will need to accommodate these truck deliveries. If you are not equipped to receive large items, please specify INSIDE DELIVERY, which is an extra cost to the buyer. It is the obligation of the buyer to be aware of these conditions when placing the order and to specify inside delivery.

Exchanges or Returns
Exchanges or returns must have prior approval. All returns are subject to restocking charges. Requests for approval to return merchandise must be made within 15 days of receipt of shipment. In the event a request for exchange or return is due to manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship, the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by product and by manufacturer, will apply. Material returned without prior approval will be refused.

Claims or Shortages

Claims must be filed with the Cone Instruments within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Shortages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Cone Instruments, LLC.

Damage in Shipment
Our packaging of all products complies with, and in most cases exceeds, requirements of Consolidated Freight Classifications. All shipments should be opened immediately upon receipt for inspection for concealed damages. If concealed damage is discovered, hold the shipping container and ask the carrier for an inspection. Notification must be made to the carrier within 15 days of receipt of shipment for claim purposes. Any claim for damage should be made against the transportation company. Our responsibility ceases upon acceptance of the shipment by the carrier, but we will assist in any way possible in processing a claim.

Consequential Damages
In no event shall we be liable for incidental, special or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the furnishing, performance or use of any product.

International Customers
Many printers and other electronic components are available for 220/240 voltage. If you are ordering electronic components, please specify your power requirements.
