Ridges Plus Compensating Filters

• Use for unilateral or bilateral examinations
• Can be used with and without subtraction (DSA & DA)
• Rulers incorporated in midline filters to localize and/or measure lesions
• Can also be used for upper extremity and venography

Ridges Plus compensating filters provide homogeneous exposures during digital arteriography of the lower extremities. Ridges reduce "blooming" when scanning between legs or when near the periphery of the extremities. Additionally, the filters and straps help immobilize the patient during the procedure. Six specially designed silicone rubber filters ensure exposure homogeneity over a 35 cm width including the feet. A "V" extension fits very long legged patients.
