Techline 400 Series Recessed Mount Film Illuminator

Maxant’s Premium Techline Series features a universal illuminator design, which standard features include, electronic, instant on ballasts, centralized cluster switching, a roller gravity film grip, thin 3" profile. durable steel construction in a hospital white finish. Available in surface and recess configurations from a one panel up to a six over six in multiple light sources, the 200 Series (2 lamps), 300 Series (3 lamp). The standard two position rocker switch provides manual ON/OFF lighting for each viewing area. The optional film activated switch features a three position rocker switch for manual ON/OFF or AUTO for film activated lighting for each panel. Techline 300 Series with optional dual intensity, features a separate high/low brightness control switch for each tier.

Individual rocker control switches are a STANDARD feature and are centrally located at the bottom of the fixture. All ballasts are U.L. listed and C.S.A. approved Class P ballasts. Self starting reliability exceeds 10,000 cycles with anticipated 50,000 hours of operating life. The Techline 400 Series features a low heat version of the specified ballast.

Recessed units must be hardwired.
Hardwire is optional on surface mount units.

200 Series: 2-F15T8/D lamps or equivalent, 500 ft. lamberts. 110V 60 Hz, 0.75 A per panel
300 Series: 3-F15T8/D lamps or equivalent, 790 ft. lamberts. 110V 60 Hz, 0.66 A per panel
300 Series w/Dual Brightness OPTION: 3-F15T8/D lamps or equivalent. Lamps must be on in HIGH (790 ft. lamberts) and LOW (590 ft. lamberts) modes for optimal light.
Master Switch: ON/OFF control of the entire fixture.
Hospital Grade Plug: Specified in certain municipalities.
Diagnostic Viewing Center Angulation and Corner Mounting: Angled mounting, top tier vertical and bottom tier maintains centralized Cluster Switching located at bottom of fixture.
