The Thermal Print Chart Inserts provide quick, professional mounting and storage of 110 mm thermal prints. Fit standard two-hole patient charts so ultrasound images are easily integrated into the patient history. Areas for patient ID and pertinent exam informationadd to the functionality.

The standard insert holds up to four 110 mm thermal prints. The insert with fold-over flap holds up to 12 prints using a fold over flap on the insert.
