X-Ray Cassettes without Screen

Durability of this high-quality, aluminum cassette is enhanced by high-impact graphite corners that effectively absorb shock. The lightweight aluminum construction and softly-locking push buttons provide a greater ease of use. Optimal film/screen contact is achieved by the use of a specially designed foam insert. One piece ID windows are available at an extra cost.

Stainless Steel, X-Ray Film Cassettes provide exceptional frame strength and durability. All edges are hand-welded and include non-shedding, oil-free felt liners to assure a light-tight fit and intimate screen contact when intensifying screens are installed. The front has an abrasion resistant vinyl finish. The backs are enameled steel with free-floating stainless steel hinges, stainless steel spring closures, and a "D" ring to facilitate opening.The back is also lead lined to reduce backscatter.

Cassette/screen combos are supplied with MCI Optonix Rare Earth Green emitting 100, 200, 400 speed or Rare Earth Blue emitting 100, 400, 800 speed.
